Abstract:
      According to the requirements of oil processing technology, the structural design analysis and functional simulation of industrial computer control system were conducted based on WinCC V6.2 PC and S7-300 series PLC controller. The process control, real-time monitoring, data record and query function of the control system were verified. The results showed that the industrial computer control system greatly improved the automation level of the oil production process, and realized the integration and flexibility in oil production process, which had great significance in ensuring the oil product quality and industrial production security.
