Abstract:
      After the purification of SPE solid-phase extraction column, 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the corn oil were quantitatively detected by GC-MS using external standard method. The results showed that by the NIST spectrum library retrieval, 16 kinds of PAHs were confirmed, and their mass concentrations in corn oil were detected. In the sample standard addition recovery test, recovery rates of 16 kinds of PAHs reached 74.6%-89.8% and RSD were 4.6%-9.2% with 1 μg/L of standard addition, and recovery rates of 16 kinds of PAHs reached 82.3%-97.9% and RSD were 4.8%-9.8% with 10 μg/L of standard addition.
