Abstract: |
With crude and refined oil-tea camellia seed oils as materials, its antioxidant and anti-ultraviolet radiation activities were analyzed, and the polyphenols were extracted by conventional water bath method and microwave-assisted extraction method. The results showed that the two kinds of oil-tea camellia seed oils had strong antioxidant activity, and crude oil had stronger antioxidant activity than refined oil. In the ultraviolet wavelength range of 200-400 nm, oil-tea camellia seed oil had higher absorption value, especially after ultraviolet irradiation for 10 min, the ultraviolet absorption value was the highest, showing a certain effect on anti-ultraviolet irradiation. The contents of polyphenols in conventional crude oil, conventional refined oil, microwave crude oil and microwave refined oil were 15.442 8, 10.038 3, 34312 5 μg/mL and 31.431 0 μg/mL, respectively. The content of polyphenols in oil-tea camellia seed oil extracted by microwave-assisted extraction method was higher than that extracted by conventional water bath method. It was presumed that antioxidant activity and anti-ultraviolet radiation activity of oil-tea camellia seed oil had some relevance with the polyphenol content. |
