Abstract:
      A neutral alumina solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the analysis of TBHQ in vegetable oil. The standard recovery experiment and precision experiment were conducted using 10, 25 μg/mL and 50 μg/mL TBHQ standard solutions. The results showed that the recovery rate of standard and RSD were 100.0%-103.0% and 2.0%-6.0%，respectively, which showed that the method had good reliability and repeatability. The study indicated that the method had the items of simpleness, complete oil purification, and accurate and reliable result.
