In order to sufficiently utilize radish seed peel, the components in radish seed peel were analyzed. The results showed that the contents of water, crude protein, crude fat, ash, insoluble dietary fiber, reducing sugar, polysaccharide and total phenol in radish seed peel were (11.38±0.04)%, (1986±0.28)%, (3.19±0.13)%, (4.81±0.14)%, (40.56±0.82)%, (5.62 ±0.27)%, (11.35±0.05)% and (1.04±0.01)% respectively, in which procyanidin accounted for 86% of total phenol. The study could provide foundation for further development and utilization of radish seed peel. |
