| As a new generation of health factor of functional food and medicine, algae oil DHA is becoming a hotpot of global research and industry. DHA patents were analyzed from the perspective of the whole process, including strain breeding, fermentation culture, collection and extraction, enrichment and purification, refining, modification and derivation. Technology trends and distribution of entire chain of algae oil DHA production were sorted out, and the technical development trends and gaps were identified. The results showed that DHA production technology development direction was to improve the purity, stability and output, and product forms were increasingly diverse and extended to daily consumer product. The technical characteristics of patents in China from main institutions at home and abroad were analyzed, and found that foreign patents in China had covered the full range of DHA production and products, while the domestic enterprise DHA patents applied late and less, and mainly concentrated in the algae oil DHA production technology and applications in food. Finally, some suggestions on process research and develpment, patent strategic layout and product forms were proposed. |
