With n-hexane as extraction solvent, okra seed oil was extracted by ultrasound-assisted extraction.Based on single factor experiment,ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology with okra seed oil yield as response value. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: material particle size 80 meshes, solid-liquid ratio 1∶?8, ultrasonic power 120 W, extraction time 45 min, extraction temperature 60℃, extraction times twice. Under these conditions, the okra seed oil yield was 17.27% which approached the predictive value. |
