The kernel oils were extracted from Cinnamomum pittosporoides Hand. Mazz. seeds from different origins, and its chemical components were analyzed. Kernel oil from Cinnamomum pittosporoides Hand. Mazz. seed was extracted by No.6 solvent oil, and its chemical components were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The results showed that the oil contents in kerenls from Cinnamomum pittosporoides Hand. Mazz. seeds from 13 different origins had no significant difference, and the average oil content was 6393%. 14 fatty acids were detected in kernel oil from Cinnamomum pittosporoides Hand. Mazz. seed, in which eleven of them were qualitatively identified with contents of dodecanoic acid (70.84%) and capric acid (24.57%) as the highest. 28 unsaponifiable matters were preliminarily identified, mainly including 2-pentadecanone, 6, 10, 14-trimethyl (83.37%), heptadecane (55.45%), octodecane (49.89%), etc. Harmful substances were not detected from kernel oil from Cinnamomum pittosporoides Hand. Mazz. seed, and the oil was rich in dodecanoic acid and capric acid,so it had higher development and utilization value. |
