With sunflower seed meal as raw material, yield of nitrogen and total nitrogen content of heat treatment material as evaluation indicator, the effects of pH, sieve mesh, ratio of solid to liquid and treatment time on the moist heat pretreatment of sunflower seed meal for enzymatic preparation of polypeptide were studied by single factor experiment. And the conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows: pH 4.0, sieve mesh 60 meshes, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶?10, treatment time 5 min. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of nitrogen was 9814%, and the total nitrogen content of heat treatment material was 10.16%. |
