| Abstract: |
| Head-space GC was applied in determination of residual amounts of benzene and n-hexane in edible oil. The equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time of head space sampler were 120?℃ and 30 min, respectively. The samples were separated by HP-5 column and detected by FID with head-space sampling. The linearity,repeatability, recoveries of method and precision of machine were investigated. The results showed that the linear range of benzene and n-hexane were 1.26-12.64 μg and 092-9.28 μg, and the linear equation of benzene and n-hexane were Y=12.453X+11.15（r=0.999 6），Y=82.56X+59.466（r=0.999 7）. The limits of detection and recoveries of benzene and n-hexane were 0.063 0 μg/mL, 0.046 4 μg/mL, 96.2% （RSD=1.91%） and 93.8%（RSD=1.63%）, respectively. The methods was highly sensitive with good selectivity and accurate quantification，which was simple and practical, and suitable for determination of benzene and n-hexane in edible oil. |
