With methanol as extraction agent, the extraction process of total triterpenoids from fruit hull of oil-tea camellia was studied. The effects of volume fraction of methanol, ratio of solid to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time on extraction effect were studied by single factor experiment, and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the extraction time had the greatest effect on extraction of total triterpenoids, followed by ratio of solid to liquid, volume fraction of methanol and extraction temperature. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: volume fraction of methanol 80%, ratio of solid to liquid 1∶?25, extraction temperature 80?℃ and extraction time 2.0 h. Under these conditions, the yield of total triterpenoids was 0.115%. |
