Abstract:
      Taking badminton athletes as the research object, the changes of immune function indexes of athletes before and after exercise were compared by giving the badminton athletes Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule. The athletes took Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule regularly during the 21 d of high intensity exercise. The immune indexes of the experimental group and the control group were measured. The results showed that the NK cells, CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ of athletes taking Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule were higher than those in the control group. The research indicated that athletes with long-term exercise taking Ganoderma lucidum spore oil soft capsule regularly could prevent the reduction of immune function and keep healthy, therefore, athletes could devote more energy into sports.
