Abstract: |
Supercritical CO2 extraction was used to extract the oil from the fat of limbs of the soft shelled turtle. The extraction conditions of turtle oil were optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, and the physicochemical indexes and fatty acid composition of turtle oil were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 45 MPa, extraction temperature 55?℃ and extraction time 5 h. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of turtle oil was 96.42%, and the physicochemical indexes of turtle oil met the industrial standard of first grade crude fish oil. In addition, turtle oil contained 33 kinds of fatty acids, and the content of unsaturated fatty acid was as high as 79.97%. |
