Abstract:
      With Huaiyuan pomegranate seed as raw material, pomegranate seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2. On the basis of single factor experiment, four extraction parameters including extraction pressure, extraction temperature,extraction time and grinding degree were selected as independent variables, pomegranate seed oil yield was response value, and supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of Huaiyuan pomegranate seed oil were optimized by response surface methodology. The physicochemical indexes and antioxidant activity in vitro of pomegranate seed oil were also researched. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction pressure 32.0 MPa, extraction temperature 50.0?℃, extraction time 103.0 min and grinding degree 60.0 meshes. Under these conditions, pomegranate seed oil yield was 19.4%. The pomegranate seed oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction not only had lower acid value, peroxide value and saponification value, but also showed stronger DPPH·、ABTS+·andO-2scavenging abilities.
