Abstract: |
A method for determining the content of diquat in edible vegetable oils was establish. The samples were extracted by deionized water, and reduced by NaBH4. The reduction compounds were extracted by n-hexane and determined by GC-MS. The results showed that in the range of 0.20-10 m/zμg/mL, good linearity(Y=266.5X-3 326.98,r=0.999 7) was obtained using m/z 108 as quantification ion. The recoveries for rapeseed oil, soybean oil and corn oil at different additional levels ranged from 90.6% to 93.8% with relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.25%-3.01%. This method had the items of simpleness and accuracy, which could be used for determinting diquat in edible vegetable oils. |
