Abstract: |
The contents of benzo(a)anthracene, chrysene, benzo(b)fluoranthene and benzo(a)pyrene in 116 samples of eight kinds of edible vegetable oils were surveyed. A simple liquid-liquid extraction method was used for pretreatment and GC-MS/MS was used for detection. The results showed that the contents of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in different varieties of edible vegetable oils varied greatly. The detection rate of benzo(a)pyrene was 85.34%, and the contents ranged from 0.59 μg/kg to 9.75 μg/kg. The detection rate of total contents of four kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was 100%, and the contents ranged from 0.88 μg/kg to 59.17 μg/kg. There was a linear relationship between the contents of benzo(a)pyrene and the total contents of four kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. |
