Abstract:
      The application of tocopherol isomers in food industry, pharmaceutical field, feed industry, and cosmetic field were summarized. The physiological effect and antioxidant activity of tocopherol isomers in food industry, pharmaceutical field and feed industry were illustrated in detail, and the isolation technology of tocopherol isomers such as chromatography, chemical reaction and ionic liquid extraction were overviewed so as to provide reference for development, production and application of high-end tocopherol products.
