The ultrasound-assisted extraction technique for total flavonoid from Semen Euphorbiae meal was optimized by response surface methodology. With ratio of liquid to material, ultrasonic power and extraction time as factors, and yield of total flavonoid as indicator, the extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment. The results showed that under the conditions of ratio of liquid to material 35∶1, ultrasonic power 550 W and extraction time 30 min, the yield of total flavonoid reached 1.576%. |
