Abstract:
The supercritical CO2was used to extract the raspberry seed oil, the fatty acid composition was determined by GC, the sterol composition was determined by GC-MS, the content of tocopherol was determined by HPLC,and the polyphenol content was determined by UV visible spectrophotometer. The results showed that the extraction of raspberry seed oil by supercritical CO2 was more efficient and simple, with an average oil yield of 17.90%±0.3%. A total of ten fatty acids were detected, of which the relative content of linoleic acid (57.44%) was the highest, followed by α-linolenic acid (26.58%), oleic acid (11.94%) and palmitic acid (2.10%). Seven kinds of sterols were detected, and the total content of sterols was 861.85 mg/100 g. In addition, the contents of γ-tocopherol, α-tocopherol and δ-tocopherol were 799.248, 602.996 mg/kg and 13.371 mg/kg, respectively. The average content of polyphenols was (341.19±8.94)mgGAE/kg. It laid the foundation for the further development and utilization of raspberry seed oil and other Rosaceae vegetable oils.
