The contents of six kinds of mineral elements (Ca、K、Mg、Fe、Na、Zn)in corn oils of different brands and different places were analyzed by air-ethyne flame atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave digestion by HNO3-50% H2O2. The results showed that microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry was a simple method that provided accurate measurement of mineral elements in corn oil with good linear range, good precision and high recovery rate, and the correlation coefficients were above 0.995, relative standard deviation were 1.8%-4.3%, and recovery rate were 89.30%-115.80%. The contents of mineral elements in corn oils from supermarket were stable and the order of contents of mineral elements was Ca, K, Mg, Fe, Na, Zn, while the contents of mineral elements in corn oils from farmers market were very different with some contents higher and some contents lower. |
