The contents of metal elements calcium, copper and zinc in oil-tea camellia seed oil were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and four main aspects of uncertainty including the sample preparation process, the dilution process of standard stock solution, the least squares method to fit the calibration curve generated and repetitive experiments were calculated. Finally, the overall synthesis of relative standard uncertainty was calculated. The results showed that when calcium content in oil-tea camellia seed oil was 49.54 mg/kg, the uncertainty of determination result was 6.084 mg/kg; when copper content in oil-tea camellia seed oil was 0.972 mg/kg, the uncertainty of determination result was 0.331 4 mg/kg; when zinc content in oil-tea camellia seed oil was 36.44 mg/kg, the uncertainty of determination result was 3.097 4 mg/kg. |
