A method for determining Pb content by direct injection after vegetable oil diluted with solvent by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established. Taking NH4H2PO4 and Mg(NO3)2 mixed solution as matrix modifier, vegetable oil was dissolved by butanol to form a uniform and transparent solution, and the Pb content was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The parameters of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized. The results showed that under the optimal conditions, the method had a good linear relationship with the mass concentration of Pb in the range of 0-80 μg/L (r=0.996), and the relative standard deviation in precision experiment was 3.4%-5.8%. The limit of detection, recovery rate and relative standard deviation were 3.2 μg/L, 96.0%-104.0% and 3.6%-4.2%, respectively. The method had the items of simpleness, rapidness, high sensitivity and good recovery, and was suitable for the determination of Pb content in vegetable oil. |
