Abstract: |
Soybean phosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 2000(SPE-MPEG2000)was synthesized from soybean phospholipid and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 2000,and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR and IR. Liposomes with or without SPE-MPEG2000 were prepared by thin film dispersed method. The morphology and particle distribution of the two liposomes were observed by TEM. The changes of particle size and Zeta potential were determined. The influence of adding ethanol on absorbance of liposomes and encapsulation efficiency of calcein were measured by UV Spectrophotometry. The results showed that the liposomes prepared with SPE-MPEG2000(SSL) were globular in appearance, distributed evenly and dispersed well compared with liposomes without SPE-MPEG2000 (CLs) in TEM. The particle size and absorbance of SSL changed little after placement. The encapsulation efficiency of calcein by SSL was higher than by CLs. It indicated that SPE-MPEG2000 had a good stabilizing effect on liposomes. |
