      通过化工模拟软件对浸出车间尾气吸收系统进行流程模拟和操作参数优化。结果表明:解析温度、解析塔塔顶压力和直接汽量对解析效果影响很大,而解析效果的好坏影响着尾气吸收塔效果;尾气残溶随解析温度的升高、解析塔塔顶压力的降低和直接汽量的增加而下降;在生产过程中解析温度宜控制在105?℃以上,1 000 t/d油料浸出尾气系统常压解析(100 kPa)最低直接汽量为110 kg/h,负压解析(60 kPa)最低直接汽量为65 kg/h。

      Chemical software was used for the process simulation and parameters optimization of the vent gas absorption system in extraction plant. The results indicated that the stripper temperature, stripper top tray pressure and live steam flow rate influenced the stripping effect, thus influenced the absorption of the vent gas. With the stripper temperature rising, the stripper top tray pressure decreasing and the live steam flow rate inecreasing,the residual solvents in vent gas reduced. In the process of manufacture, controlling the stripper temperature above 105?℃, the least live steam flow rate was 110 kg/h for ordinary pressure (100 kPa) stripping, and the least live steam flow rate was 65 kg/h for negative pressure (60 kPa) stripping in 1 000 t/d oil extraction plant.
