Abstract:
      The effects of perilla oil on the proliferation of two probiotics Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium were studied by the method of anaerobic culture in vitro. The results showed that when the dosage of perilla oil was 3%, the proliferated number of Lactobacillus acidophilus reached the maximum value (1.292). When the dosage of perilla oil was 1%, the proliferated number of Bifidobacterium reached the maximum value (1.352). Perilla oil had certain promotion effect on proliferation of probiotics.
