Abstract:
      Preparation of adlay bran oil microcapsule based on compound wall materials was studied. With embedding rate as response value, the preparation process of adlay bran oil microcapsule by spray drying was optimized by response surface methodology based on single factor experiment, and the thermostability and glass transition temperature(Tg) of adlay bran oil microcapsule were analyzed. The results showed that with Arabic gum (AG) and maltodextrin (MD) as compound wall materials, under the conditions of mass ratio of AG to MD 1∶?1.3, mass ratio of core material to wall material 1∶?3.2, solid content 31%, emulsion dispersion 15 min, homogeneous twice at 30 MPa and air inlet temperature 180?℃, the embedding rate of adlay bran oil microcapsule was 87.09%.Thermogravimetric analysis revealed that the thermostability of the adlay bran oil microcapsule was good, and its Tg was 35.1?℃ according to the differential calorimeter scanning analysis.
