Abstract:
      The water content, fluidity and particle size of self-prepared natural VE oil microcapsule were measured. The microstructure of the VE oil microcapsule was observed, and the effects of thermal stability, release property in hot water and environmental conditions such as light, oxygen, temperature and relative humidity on the storage stability were analyzed. The results indicated that the high temperature stability and stability in hot water of natural VE microcapsule were significantly better than those of natural VE oil. The natural VE oil microcapsule was more suitable for storing in dark, sealed oxygen partition, below room temperature and dry environment.
