Abstract: |
The contents of Ca, Mg, Cu and Zn in the shelled raw peanut were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion. The effects of microwave digestion conditions on determination result were studied. The results showed that using 30% H2O2 and concentrated HNO3 as digestion solution, the correlation coefficients of the working curve, the recovery rates of standard addition of four trace elements and the limits of detection were 0.999 1-0.999 3, 96.51%-100.49% and 0.125 1-0.750 1 μg/mL, respectively. The contents of Ca, Zn, Mg and Cu in the shelled raw peanut in Heze were higher. The method had the items of convenience, efficient and accuracy, which was an ideal method for the determination of four kinds of elements in peanut. |
