| Abstract: |
| The enhancement of the immune function of mice by cod liver oil soft capsule was studied. The mice were administered for a month with 0.042, 0.083, 0.250 g/kg dose of cod liver oil soft capsule, and the functions of mice cellular immunity, humoral immunity, mononuclear macrophage function and NK cell activity were determined. The results showed that the absorbance difference of 0.250 g/kg dose group with ConA hole or without ConA hole and concha weight gain were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). The hemolytic plaque number, half hemolytic value(HC50)and phagocytic index were very significantly higher than control group(P<0.01). So cod liver oil soft capsule had the function of enhancing the immune function of mice. |
