Hydraulic and vacuum were used to enhance the synthesis of sucrose laurate using sucrose and methyl laurate as raw materials. The effects of hydrodynamic cavitation pressure, hydrodynamic cavitation time, molar ratio of sucrose to methyl laurate, and hydrodynamic cavitation temperature on the yield of sucrose laurate were researched. Based on single factor experiment, the optimal synthesis conditions were obtained using response surface methodology, also the surface activity of sucrose laurate was determined. The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions were obtained as follows:hydrodynamic cavitation pressure 0.35 MPa, hydrodynamic cavitation time 85 min, hydrodynamic cavitation temperature 65?℃, molar ratio of sucrose to methyl laurate 3.5∶?1, dimethyl sulfoxide solvent dosage 8.5 mL(on the basis of 0.01 mol sucrose)and catalyst anhydrous potassium carbonate dosage 11.5%(on the basis of the mass of methyl laurate). Under these conditions, the yield of sucrose laurate was 85.07%, and the surface activity of the product was superior. |
