      建立了高效液相色谱法测定从蒜头果油中分离出的神经酸含量的方法。采用的色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm),流动相为乙腈-甲醇- 0.4%乙酸水溶液-四氢呋喃(体积比80∶[KG-*2]12∶[KG-*2]5∶[KG-*2]3),柱温26[KG-*8]℃,检测波长205 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量5 μL。结果表明:神经酸在1.0~20.0 mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,精密度和稳定性的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.52%、1.61%;回收率为97.41%~104.89%,RSD 为0.72%~3.22%;测得样品的RSD为0.90%~2.36%。实验方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可作为蒜头果油分离脂肪酸过程中神经酸含量的分析方法。

      A method for determination of content of nervonic acid separated from Malania oleifera oil was established. The method was developed under the following conditions: Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-0.4% acetic acid solution-tetrahydrofuran (volume ratio 80∶[KG-*2]12∶[KG-*2]5∶[KG-*2]3), flow rate 1.0 mL/min, injection volume 5 μL, column temperature 26[KG-*8]℃ and detection wave length 205 nm. The results showed that the standard curve of nervonic acid had good linear in the range of 1.0-20.0 mg/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision and stability were 1.52% and 1.61%, respectively. The recovery rate of nervonic acid was 97.41%-104.89%, and RSD was 0.72%-3.22%. The RSD of the tested sample was 0.90%-2.36%. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and it could be used to determine the content of nervonic acid during the separation of fatty acids from Malania oleifera oil.
