Abstract:
The effect of bleaching process on the removal of polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) from rapeseed oil was investigated. The effects of adsorbent type, adsorbent dosage, bleaching temperature and bleaching time on removal of PAHs were investigated by single factor experiment, and the optimal conditions of simultaneous removing PAHs were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows:dosage (based on the mass of rapeseed oil) of mixed adsorbents of 1# activated carbon and activated clay 025%+1%, bleaching time 30 min and bleaching temperature 110?℃.Under the optimal conditions, the residual contents of BaP and PAH4 in rapeseed oil were 0.23 μg/kg and 1.17 μg/kg respectively, meeting the limits set by EU No 835/2011,and the removal rate of PAH4 reached 94.7%.
