Abstract: |
The hydrogenation process of lacquer wax and compound lacquer wax were studied. The results showed that the optimal hydrogenation conditions were obtained as follows: dosage of catalyst palladium carbon 0.5%, hydrogen pressure 0.3 MPa, reaction time 2 h, reaction temperature 150?℃ and stirring speed 500 r/min. Under these conditions, the relative content of stearic acid of hydrogenated lacquer wax reached 23.89%, and the melting point increased from 49.6?℃ to 50.9-52.6?℃. The hydrogenated lacquer wax and LH wax(refined sapium wax) were compounded in the ratio of 1∶?1 and hydrogenated under the same hydrogenation conditions, and the relative content of stearic acid in the novel compound lacquer wax was 17.48%, which was close to 1760% of the Japanese wax. Considering that the price of LH wax was cheaper than that of lacquer wax, the compound wax had great development prospect and competitive in the market. |
