Abstract: |
The correlation between mass concentration of oil-tea camellia seed oil and ultraviolet absorbance under different wavelengths was discussed by ultraviolet absorption spectrometry, and the quantitative relationship between mass concentration of oil-tea camellia seed oil and ultraviolet absorbance was studied. The results showed that when the mass concentration of oil-tea camellia seed oil were 1-10 mg/mL, 0.1-1 mg/mL, 10-100 μg/mL and 1-10 μg/mL, the determination wavelengths were 240, 215, 210 nm and 200 nm respectively, and there was a good linear relationship between sample mass concentration and absorbance. The wavelength and absorbance of maximum absorption peak had logarithmic relationship with sample mass concentration. At the same time, the method was compared with the traditional method of determination of mixed oil mass concentration, and there was no significant difference between the results of the two methods. |
