Abstract: |
Due to the lack of organic combination of related cleaning equipment and harvesters after the harvest of oil crops such as soybeans, the post-harvest processing and storage links cannot be achieved without landing. As a result, oil crops have high impurity content after harvest and do not meet storage and processing requirements, making production and warehousing companies need to clean up again, resulting in a lot of unnecessary manpower and material waste outstanding issues. Based on the concept of integration and modular design, a novel mobile combined cylinder cleaning screen was designed. It was organically combined with oil crop special harvesters to ensure the oil crops be cleaned directly after harvest and the impurity content meet storage and processing requirements. The equipment mainly included bucket elevator, cylinder cleaning screen, fan, cyclone dust collector and movable frame. In addition, in order to improve the overall structural stability and anti-fatigue properties of the cleaning equipment, dynamic modal analysis was used to analyze and optimize the equipment. Finally, the optimal structural parameters of the critical and dangerous parts of the equipment were obtained, which provided theoretical and technical support for the further promotion of the equipment. |
