Abstract: |
The vegetable oil used for preparation of aviation kerosene contains a large amount of colloid (mainly phospholipid), which needs to be pretreated with degumming. By acid-assisted degumming, the effects of dosage of citric acid, degumming temperature, dosage of water, stirring speed, dosage of activated carbon, dosage of monoethanolamine (MEA) and MEA reaction time on degumming effect of Jatropha curcas oil were studied. On the basis of single factor experiment, the process conditions were optimized by response surface methodology according to Box-Behnken center combination experiment design principle. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were obtained as follows:dosage of 45% citric acid 2.12%, dosage of MEA 0.52%, MEA reaction time 26.23 min, stirring speed 25847 r/min, degumming temperature 50?℃, dosage of water 2% and dosage of activated carbon 2%. Under these conditions, the predictive value and measured value of the phosphorus content in the degummed oil were 0.61 mg/kg and 0.65 mg/kg respectively, and the error rate was 6.55%, which proved that the model was reliable. |
