Abstract: |
MCM-22 zeolite with ratio of silica to alumina 30∶?1 and MCM-41 zeolite with all-silicon were used as catalysts, Jatropha curcas oil was used as raw material, the catalytic cracking tests to prepare fuel oil were carried out in small laboratory self-made catalytic cracking reactor. Through studing the effects of different cracking temperatures and mass hourly space velocities on the catalytic cracking reaction, the reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimal conditions of catalytic cracking by MCM-22 were obtained as follows: cracking temperature 510?℃ and mass hourly space velocity 5.25 h-1. For MCM-41, the optimal conditions were as follows: cracking temperature 530?℃ and mass hourly space velocity 5.25 h-1. The acid value of the product by MCM-22 was 1.32 mgKOH/g, which was superior to that by MCM-41. However, the conversion rate by MCM-41 was higher than that by MCM-22. The product was mainly composed of armatics. |
