      以废弃猪油为原料,Pt/SAPO-11为催化剂,在高压固定床催化剂反应评价装置上研究一步加氢制备生物航空煤油工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化废弃猪油制备生物航空煤油的工艺条件。结果表明:最优工艺条件为反应温度409.96?℃、压力5 MPa、空速1.24 h-1,在此条件下 C8~C16烃异构率为34.58%。回归方程验证结果表明,回归方程模拟值与实际值基本吻合,模型具有一定意义。

      With waste lard as raw material, biological aviation kerosene was prepared by one-step hydrogenation with Pt/SAPO-11 as catalyst in a high-pressure fixed bed catalyst reaction evaluation device.Based on single factor experiment, the preparation conditions of biological aviation kerosene from waste lard were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 409.96?℃, pressure 5 MPa and hourly speed 1.24 h-1. Under these conditions, the C8-C16hydrocarbon isomerization rate was 34.58%.The result of regression equation showed that the simulated value was basically consistent with the actual value, and the model had certain significance.
