Abstract: |
The physicochemical indicators of Zanthoxylum armatum seeds at different harvesting stages from two production areas in Sichuan were determined using the national standard method. The fatty acid composition and content of Zanthoxylum armatum seeds oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the Zanthoxylum armatum seeds harvested in late July had high maturity, and the contents of moisture and volatile matter, ash, crude protein and crude fat were all at a relatively high level, and the highest content of unsaturated fatty acids reached 99.33%. Among them, oleic acid, linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid contents were 39.31%, with good oil utilization value. |
