      采用国家标准方法对四川两个产地不同采收期的竹叶花椒籽理化指标进行测定,并采用GC-MS分析竹叶花椒籽油中脂肪酸组成及含量。结果表明:7月下旬采收的竹叶花椒籽成熟度高,水分及挥发物、灰分与粗脂肪含量均处于较高水平,且油中不饱和脂肪酸含量最高达到9933%,此时油酸、亚油酸及α-亚麻酸含量为39.31%,具有良好的油料利用价值。

      The physicochemical indicators of Zanthoxylum armatum seeds at different harvesting stages from two production areas in Sichuan were determined using the national standard method. The fatty acid composition and content of Zanthoxylum armatum seeds oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the Zanthoxylum armatum seeds harvested in late July had high maturity, and the contents of moisture and volatile matter, ash, crude protein and crude fat were all at a relatively high level, and the highest content of unsaturated fatty acids reached 99.33%. Among them, oleic acid, linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid contents were 39.31%, with good oil utilization value.
