The development and utilization of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. industry in China were discussed, including national support policy, improved seed breeding and artificial cultivation of Idesia polycarpa Maxim., and edible safety, processing technology and deep processing application of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. oil, so as to provide a reference for the development Idesia polycarpa Maxim. industry.
