Abstract:
      Using cold-pressed walnut oil as raw material, linoleic acid in walnut oil was separated and purified by urea adduction method, and the hypolipidemic function of linoleic acid was evaluated with Kunming male mice as experiment animal. The process conditions for separating and purifying linoleic acid were determined by single factor experiment as follows: adduction time 24 h, adduction temperature -5?℃, ratio value of 95% ethanol volume to urea mass 5, mass ratio value of mixed fatty acid to urea 03. Under these conditions, the purity of linoleic acid in the product was 80.21%.Linoleic acid could reduce body weight, liver weight and liver index of high-fat mice, also could reduce the levels of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol and arteriosclerosis index, while increase the level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol.
