Abstract: |
On the basis of twin-screw press, the structure of the press was designed. The inner pressure in the press increased effectively by preparing reverse spiral in tail end and designing the press cage gap. The residual oil in the cake was decreased to 2%, and the effect was obvious. With oil-tea camellia seed as raw material, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: shell content in oil-tea camellia seed 40%, material moisture 7%, pressing temperature 40?℃. Under these conditions, the residual oil in the cake was less than 4% with stable operation of equipment. |
