Abstract: |
The application of ultrafine pulverization extraction technology and wet pulverization extraction technology in cottonseed protein processing were studied. The process conditions of ultrafine pulverization extraction and wet pulverization extraction were optimized with contents of residual oil and gossypol as indicators. The results showed that the optimal conditions of ultrafine pulverization extraction were obtained as follows:material particle size 120-180 μm, single extraction time 5 min, extraction times 4 with n-hexane for defatting, extraction times 3 with methanol-ethanol(2∶?1) for removing gossypol, and total effective extraction time 35 min. Under these conditions, the contents of residual oil and gossypol in cottonseed protein were 029% and 648 mg/kg. The optimal conditions for wet pulverization extraction were obtained as follows:cottonseed kernel and n-hexane wet multi-stage crushing times 5, extraction times 3 with methanol-ethanol(2∶?1), single extraction time 0.5 min and total effective extraction time 4 min. Under these conditions, the contents of residual oil and gossypol in cottonseed protein were 0.9% and 1 841 mg/kg. |
