In order to study the effect of mildew oil-tea camellia seeds on pressed oil-tea camellia seed oil, severe mildew oil-tea camellia seeds were added in fresh oil-tea camellia seeds with different proportions. Then they were mixed and crushed into particles, dried at 120?℃ till the moisture content was 4%-7%, cooled to 50?℃, and pressed for oil. The oil yield was calculated, and the oil-tea camellia seed oil was filtered to detect its transparency, odor, taste, acid value, peroxide value, aflatoxin and other indicators. The results showed that the mildew oil-tea camellia seeds had a great influence on the oil yield, odor and taste and acid value of oil-tea camellia seed oil, but no aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin B2, aflatoxin G1, and aflatoxin G2 were detected. To ensure the oil quality and eliminate potential risk, mildew oil-tea camellia seeds should be screened out. |
