| Using hemp leaves as experimental material,cannabidiol was extracted by hot reflux extraction method, and the extraction conditions were optimized. After determining the optimal extraction solvent, the effect of sieve particle size, material-solvent ratio, extraction temperature and extraction time on the extract yield and content of cannabidiol in the extract were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: n-hexane as extraction solvent, hemp leaves powder sieve particle size 20 meshes, material-solvent ratio 1∶?15, extraction temperature 80?℃ and extraction time 3 h. Under these conditions, the extract yield was 524% and the content of cannabidiol in the extract was 46.16 mg/g. |
