Abstract: |
The fatty acid compositions in ten kinds of different brands of infant formula milk powders were detected and analyzed. The results showed that a total of 24 kinds of fatty acids were detected. And the fatty acid composition and content in these different brands of milk powders varied greatly. Palmitic acid content was between 14.77% and 35.72%. The maximum linoleic acid content was 27.07%, but the minimum was only 4.68%. DHA and AA could be detected in seven products, while no EPA could be detected. Except for a product with low linoleic acid and alpha linolenic acid, the rest of the fatty acids conformed to the national standard, but there was still a difference between them and breast milk. The fatty acids of infant formula milk powder still needed to be optimized to be close to breast milk to meet the nutritional needs of infants. |
