Lysophospholipids from egg yolk lecithin were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and the structures of lysophospholipids were identified by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum and carbon spectrum and gas chromatography. The results showed that lysophosphatidylcholine from egg yolk contained four components, including 1-hexadecanoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphorylcholine, 1-linoleoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphorylcholine, 1-stearoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphorylcholine and 1-oleoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phophorylcholine. Lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine contained three components, including 1-hexadecanoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphoethanolamine, 1-stearoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphoethanolamine and 1-oleoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphoethanolamine. |
