      以新鲜椰子肉制备的椰子油为原料,采用分子蒸馏法富集椰子油中的月桂酸。在单因素实验的基础上,利用正交实验优化得到分子蒸馏法富集椰子油中月桂酸的最优工艺条件为:压力0.1 Pa,蒸馏温度220?℃,进料速率0.2 L/h,刮膜转速270 r/min。在最优工艺条件下,富集后椰子油中的月桂酸含量为65.58%。
英文摘要:
      The lauric acid in coconut oil was enriched by molecular distillation using coconut oil prepared from fresh coconut meat. On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimal process conditions for enriching lauric acid in coconut oil by molecular distillation were obtained as follows: pressure 0.1 Pa, distillation temperature 220?℃, feed rate 0.2 L/h and wiper speed 270 r/min. Under these conditions, the content of lauric acid was 65.58% in enriched coconut oil.
