LiFe5O8 magnetic core was prepared by sol-gel method, and CaO-CeO2@LiFe5O8 magnetic solid base catalyst was prepared by coprecipitation method. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and CO2-TPD, and the property of the catalyst was evaluated. The results showed that CaO-CeO2@LiFe5O8 magnetic solid base catalyst was successfully prepared, and CaO-CeO2 was successfully adsorbed on the surface of LiFe5O8 magnetic core. The catalyst had very good ferromagnetism. The CO2-TPD characterization results showed that the prepared catalyst had strong alkalinity and could be used in palm oil transesterification system, and the biodiesel yield could reach 95.37%. At the same time, the catalyst had good acid and water resistance, and still maintained good catalytic activity after repeated use for five times, and it was easy to separate in an external magnetic field. |
