Abstract: |
Phthalate esters(PAEs) are a class of hormone-like pollutants widely found in edible oils and fats. PAEs are teratogenic, mutagenic, carcinogenic and reproductive toxicants, and pose high risk to food safety. At present, PAEs have been listed in priority pollutant control list by the United States, Japan and China, and have become a key monitoring object in the field of food safety in China. The migration rule and removal method of PAEs in edible oils and fats processing were reviewed and prospected in order to provide help for prevention of secondary pollution by plasticizer for edible oils and fats enterprises. |
